What's Happening Derry: Downtown Derry Derby Day 2023

May 6th was a bright and beautiful day. What better way to spend it than fishing? The Derry Lions Club held their annual Fishing Derby at Hood Park as part of Downtown Derry Derby Day. Hood Park's waterfront was packed full of children and families casting their lines and catching slippery fish! A member of the Derry Lions Club, Katherine Prudhomme O'Brien, gave us a tour around the event!
