During the Town Hall Public Access Closure staff will be available by drive-thru, phone, email, or dropbox between 7am and 5pm Monday through Friday (Tuesday late hours have been suspended). Please note that transactions at the drive-thru can take from 10-15 minutes per transaction resulting in long wait times. If you are able to transact business on-line, by mail, or via drop-box, we encourage all to do so. Thank you for your patience.

Auto Registration Renewals
These are mailed to you; simply complete and mail with a check to the Town or use the drop off boxes; We’ll complete the processing and mail back to you. You may also complete on-line.

New Auto Registration
Cannot be completed on-line; If you are registering a new vehicle, please call 603-432-6106 prior to coming to the Town Hall. We are trying to find more efficient ways to assist you rather than using the drive-thru. Please note that the Governor as of March 17, 2020, directed that all temporary plates issued after March 1, 2020 shall expire on April 30, 2020.

Credit Cards are now accepted as payment for all transactions at the Tax Collector’s office with a service fee.
The online motor vehicle registration renewal system accepts credit card payments as well as electronic checks with a service fee.

The motor vehicle Clerk Fee, in accordance with RSA 261:152, has increased from $1.00 to $2.00 effective August 1, 2015.
