Free community screenings for cardiac health, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose screening!
Heart disease is a leading cause of death in the United States. The Dartmouth Health CARES program is offering screenings which are free of cost and quick to complete. Stop in between 10 AM and 2 PM!
How it works: A sample of blood will be collected via a finger prick, and the machines will run the test in less than 3 minutes. The team of RNs and APRNs are highly trained in cardiac health and will educate you based on results.
