Parent & Caregiver Cafe: Raising Teens/Preteens (Online)

Parent and Caregiver Cafe is a FREE facilitator/parent driven group at the Upper Room with topics, conversation and support to help families raise healthy and productive teens/preteens. 

Meets weekly on Wednesdays

Topics of discussion include anxiety; boundaries; communication, consequences and rewards; coping with anger and conflict; depression; divorce; future teen goals; school issues; self-care; substance abuse; trust and others.
