Step 1: Become A Member

Step 2: Fill out our Show Program Proposal Form
A copy of the Show Proposal Form will be sent upon signing up. If you have any questions or need the Show Proposal Form resent to you, click the Contact Us button below.
Step 3: Orientation
Orientation includes getting a tour of the studio, filling out provided paperwork, and reviewing policies and procedures. After signing up, instructions will be provided to schedule an orientation or use the ‘Contact Us’ page linked below. Paperwork will be provided and bring a valid form of ID to your orientation. Minors under the age of 18 are required to bring their parent/guardian to orientation. We will be in contact with you shortly to make an appointment. We can't wait to hear from you!
