Pantry Plunge 2023

This week’s heat wave had us wishing for cooler weather. We even considered jumping into a freezing cold lake! That’s just what the Pantry Plunge participants did, except they jumped into Beaver Lake in the middle of December! Pantry Plunge is an annual fundraiser for the FBC Community Food Pantry. The event, held on December 9th at Beaver Lake, was filled with people ready to rush into the ice-cold water for a good cause. Despite the cold, spirits were high! Now we’re wishing for just a little bit of that chilliness as we prepare for the rest of the summer heat. Check out the full video!
