By filling out this form and submitting your art, you accept these Terms and conditions and give DerryCAM the right to present your art on all of DerryCAM’s distribution channels for non-commercial use in perpetuity.

There is no age or skill level restriction.

 DerryCAM reserves the right to reject any work submitted. Work may be rejected for any reason.

You must have obtained the written consent, release, and/or permission of every identifiable individual who appears in any submission materials.

All media types (2d and 3d) are eligible, simply submit a high quality image of your art. At this time we are only accepting still images, no videos please.

Should you at anytime wish for your submissions to no longer be broadcast simply contact DerryCam at: cable@derrynh.org

There is neither a fee nor compensation for entry.

Originality:  In consideration of the opportunity to display my work to the public, and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned artist, certify that the art that I am submitting is my original art and that I am the author and creator of such art. I Acknowledge that Derry Cam reserves the right to accept or deny any submission with or without cause.

Promotion and Publicity: I grant DerryCam permission to publish in all media my name and artwork for use in promotion through television, and the internet. I further allow DerryCam to release such information to other persons and entities. Specifically my name will be attributed to my pieces that are shown by DerryCAM.

The Rights outlined herein shall remain indefinitely or until the artist or their designee/trustee contacts DerryCAM with a request to remove one or more of their submissions.

Waiver of Liability: Once I submit this form, I (the artist), my heirs, successors, and assigns, shall indemnify and hold DerryCam and appointed officers, volunteers, employees, and Third party service providers harmless from any and all claims, costs and liabilities stemming from the showing/display of my artworks on Television or any other channel.
