A memory cafe is a social gathering for people with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other memory loss and their care partners, such as family, friends, or caregivers. It offers a supportive environment where people can enjoy social activities, connect with other in similar situations and find a sense of community. Care Partners are expected to stay and participate.
We are grateful for the support we have received from community partners, including: DMC Primary Care, Community Health Services of Greater Derry, South Central Public Health Network, & South Central Medical Reserve Corps.
